Strengthen and deepen in-house counsel relationships.
At our core, we have a narrow focus: we help leading law firms deepen
their relationships with in-house counsel. We focus on improving both
successful client relationships and underdeveloped ones. A sizable
number of firms has already selected us to assess and sharpen their
current client-facing programs or to take the lead in developing new programs that are suitable for the individual firm.
Experience matters. We apply a consistent and tested methodology, based on our years of experience working with hundreds of leading in-house counsel and hundreds of leading law firm partners and chief marketing officers.
Scalable programs.
We have the ability to start small, with one day engagements or limited
pilot programs within a firm to test our approach and build credibility
and trust within the firm for a broader approach. With client feedback,
for example, we sometimes begin with presentations on client feedback
and by training firms to do client interviews themselves or with
others. At the same time, we have the credibility and manpower to
conduct significant and extensive interviews in a short period of time.
Fast forward to client interviews.
In many cases we are asked to conduct face-to-face interviews with
in-house counsel and other senior executives. Some like to fast-forward
to a pilot.
