The Wicker Park Group announced today that Martindale-Hubbell selected Wicker Park Group partner Laura Meherg to lead a Counsel to Counsel Forum on “Litigation & Dispute Resolution Management: Aligning Strategy, Budget and Support.” The event will be held in Philadelphia on November 4, 2009.  Co-hosting the event are Duane Morris LLP, Greenberg Traurig, P.A., and LeClair Ryan.  Program topics include: Litigation and dispute resolution strategies that strengthen the business without breaking the bank; Creating and implementing cost-efficient approaches to working with outside counsel and trusted advisers; Dealing with discovery without being derailed; Metrics & Measurement: using case assessments and analyses successfully; and Tackling tough situations: class actions, cross-border disputes and trends on the horizon.
